By accessing or using this wedding photo-sharing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service allows event organizers to create photo-sharing events and guests to upload photos and videos. We provide cloud storage for uploaded media and gallery viewing functionality.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful files
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or impersonate others
• Attempt to circumvent storage limits or rate limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content without authorization

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell or share it with third parties outside of what is required to operate the Service.

Event organizers are responsible for the content uploaded to their events. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. We are not liable for content uploaded by guests.

Free accounts are subject to storage and file limits as described on our plans page. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data including events and uploaded media will be permanently removed.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for data loss; please keep backups of important media.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
